- Maintain Milken Community High School and Middle School Websites:
- Correct color and size pictures taken by camera mentors for web compatibility.
- Initiate and maintain constant communication with faculty and staff that can provide articles, pictures and description of events, projects, etc. that can be used for web content refresh.
- Maintain contact with Camera mentors in order to make sure that all school events are covered.
- Participate to bi-weekly Web Editorial meetings at the Temple to brainstorm content refresh.
- Participate in weekly meetings with the Temple Webmaster and Programmer consultant to be updated in technical changes and constant general website work including all constituents web sites of Stephen S. Wise Temple. (there are no more temple meetings)
- Take pictures of events, daily activities and projects to be used in the content refresh articles for Upper and Middle School websites and Web Media Galleries.

- Provide technical support, assistance and guidance to help faculty accomplish well presented web pages and to use as much technology in the classroom to promote Education Technology.

- Oversee Web mentors by constantly communicating with them so that they can assist faculty in need of web maintenance.
- Develop trainings in different formats (e.g. Word, PowetPoint, Flash movies, PDF) for “web-technical support” as instructions or guides to better facilitate access to Education Technology.
- Meet and work with faculty and staff to provide technical support in order to make changes to MCHS websites from different departments in CMS system.
- Meet and take pictures from Spotlight Artist at the Library once a month, the pictures are used to create an online portfolio and webpage of the artist.
- Contact Spotlight Artist to get his/her bio/inspiration theme. The information is passed on to the Temple web editor for proper editing. Once the editing is ready, the online portfolio of the Featured Artist of the month is published on the web.
- Work on Milk and Honey web pages weekly, checking content, layout and proper picture formatting for the web
- Work on Parent pages once a month, resizing and formatting images and review the pages for proper layout. Participate in Parent pages meetings to discuss content and images.
